MAP & DIRECTIONS

The Seaside Inn & Cottages are located at the junction of Beach Avenue and Kennebunk Beach! Our 20-Acre Resort is directly on Kennebunk Beach to the south and Kennebunk River to the north. We are just one mile from Dock Square with its unique shops, restaurants and galleries.

Northbound Travelers
Exit #25 Directions: Take the Maine Turnpike (I-95) North to Kennebunk Exit 25. Go left on 35 and left again on 35 back across the Maine Turnpike. Go about 1 mile and just past the Kennebunk High School you will come to a Rotary. Take your 3rd right out of the rotary staying on Route 35 South. Go another half mile and at the Traffic Light go left onto Route 1 North. Go 100 yards on Route One North and go Right at the First Light and you are back on Route 35 South. Go 3.5 miles and at the next light (Route 9) continue straight. We are 1 more mile on your left. If you get the beach, turn around, you went 50 feet past our entrance.

 

Exit 19 Directions:

Take the (I-95) North into Maine. After crossing the bridge from New Hampshire into Maine on I-95 there will be 4 exits in the first few miles. You then go thru the York Toll Plaza ($1.50) and I-95 becomes the Maine Turnpike. Your first exit on the Maine Turnpike is Exit 19 in Wells (Formerly Exit 2). Get off at Wells Exit 19 and turn left on Route 9 East into Wells. Route 9 will merge with Route 1 at a traffic light where you turn left onto Route 1 North. Go 1.8 miles on Route 1 and then turn right following signs for Kennebunkport and Route 9. Drive 4 miles and at the 2nd traffic light take a right on Beach Ave. We are 1 mile on your left. If you get the beach, turn around, you went 50 feet past our entrance.

Southbound Travelers

Directions using Exit 32-Biddeford/Rt 111 Exit:
Follow Maine Turnpike (I-95 South) to Exit 32, Biddeford/Rt 111 Exit. Go straight thru lights crossing over Route 111. Go 1 mile and go RIGHT at next set of lights, onto Rt.1 South. Go about 3 miles and at next set of lights, turn LEFT onto Log Cabin Road. (Log Cabin Road becomes Arundel Road then becomes North St.) Follow for approximately 6 miles (passing the Seashore Trolley Museum half-way) into Kennebunkport. Take right onto Spring Street into Dock Square (leaving the white columned "Nott House" behind you). Drive through “Dock Square” and cross over bridge. 200 yards over bridge take a left at the first Stop Light. We are one mile on your left.
